Lisa has been involved with meditation for over 40 years. She sees meditation as a profoundly sacred way to participate in the creation of unity and harmony occurring now on our planet, our Mother Earth.
Her interest in writing has become a vehicle for sharing our spiritual journey. As we help each other grow and flower a common consciousness, the herald sings a toroidal song that rides around the world, on waves of love.
It's All Crystalline
Anyone can work with crystals. They're everywhere, in our world - in watches and computers. They augment energy in the body energy of a healer; water energy in a glass, air energy in a room, plant energy in soil, and they focus fire energy of the sun. Given the right crystal, and the right pitch, they will glow. There are clear "male" crystals and cloudy "female" crystals. Male crystals are great for pushing energy out, augmenting the energy. Female crystals are best for absorbing energies, pulling energy in. Quartz crystals are great at tuning drinking water with more energy.
But there is more to crystals than timing, healing, cleaning and lighting, crystals have doorways and gateways. A small crystal can be used for scrying, which is a form of seeing, like in crystal ball gazing. But even more than that, crystals are, or can be really huge, as we know from the crystal cave in northern Mexico.
And if you were to use your imagination, a very large crystal can be accessed in your mind, in your dreams. And after seeing such a large and tall crystal appear in front of you, the next thing to do is to walk around it. And as you walk around this crystal that is as wide as a car and as tall at a house, you are looking for a door, for a handle, for a lock and key. You are looking for any way in. Of course, it's not that difficult. All that needs to happen is to "ask" for the door to appear and open.
And then you walk in. You step into the world of the crystal garden. Inside is whatever your garden is. Whatever your imagination will let your garden be. A desert? Your backyard? A lush forest with waterfalls and grass and fruit trees? However you imagine it, a crystal offers a garden to everyone on the planet. Afterall, our lovely Mother Earth is a crystal herself.
